Denis Kachkin will become a co-chair of the session on reaching a financial close in PPP projects at the 34th IBA International Financial Law Conference
The 34th IBA International Financial Law Conference, organized by the IBA Banking Law Committee and IBA Securities Law Committee and supported by the IBA European Regional Forum will take place in Tallinn 17–19 May 2017. The Managing Partner, Head of Infrastructure and PPP Practice of Kachkin & Partners Denis Kachkin will participate in the conference: being the officer of the IBA Banking Law Committee he will for the first time become a co-chair of the session on reaching a financial close in PPP projects.
Delegates from all over the world — experts working in the financial sector, as well as lawyers and scientists practicing in this field — will discuss the latest tendencies and trends regarding capital markets and banking sector transactions and also such important issues as changes in legislative regulation and their implementation; innovations related to payment services; artificial intelligence in the finance industry; rating agencies liability; clawbacks at publicly traded companies and financial organizations; blockchain usage potential; reasons for success and failures of PPP projects, and etc.
