On December 12, 2025, a session dedicated to the transformation of public-private partnership legislation in Russia will be held at the Razvivai.rf Russia’s leading forum for infrastructure and PPP development.
The session «Evolution of Partnership: from the emergence of PPP to the national standard», moderated by Denis Kachkin, Managing Partner, Head of the Practice on Infrastructure and PPP at Kachkin & Partners, will open a discussion on legislative changes and prospects for the development of the PPP mechanism.
