Irina Mitina held another educational seminar “Concession in objects of housing services and utilities: what you need to take into consideration when implementing a project”
Kachkin & Partners in association with the nonprofit partnership “Russian Guild of Managers and Developers” held an educational seminar on the issues of concessional projects implementation in the sphere of housing services and utilities.
The event was also aired online for the representatives of other Russian regions as a webinar. Irina Mitina, Infrastructure and PPP Senior Associate at Kachkin & Partners, performed as the seminar’s speaker.
Key specialties of concessional projects in the sphere of housing services and utilities being of interest both for business and public authorities were reviewed at the event.
In her speech Irina Mitina touched upon the aspects of objects of housing services and utilities transferring into concession or long-term lease by private investors as a state policy trend. She also talked about the chief characteristics of concession agreement, stages of preparing to participation in a tender, new requirements to tender documentation and decision on signing the agreement, new tender criteria and assessment peculiarities of tender offers, process of signing and special rules of performing of concession agreement.
