Irina Mitina participated in the forum “Transport systems of Russia” in Moscow
PPP Development Center with the support of the Ministry of Transport of Russia and the State Company «Avtodor» organized the strategic forum «Transport systems of Russia» for the second time. Irina Mitina, Infrastructure and PPP Senior Associate at Kachkin & Partners, performed as an invited expert of the discussion «Private concession initiative in transport projects».
During the plenary session the following issues were discussed: strategic issues associated with immediate plans on new projects’ launch, development prospects of the already implemented PPP projects and opportunities for projects’ refinancing. During the international debates foreign investors indicated their vision on the topic of investment attractiveness of Russian projects. In the form of a roadshow a number of regional initiatives on construction of light rail transport and rail infrastructure were presented. Traditionally within the forum transport projects’ stress test was held.
The business program of the event was attended by representatives of government agencies, financial institutions, private businesses, leading Russian and foreign experts in the sphere of attracting investments.
