Irina Mitina represented Kachkin & Partners at the European Conference of the Association of Homes and Services for the Ageing
The European Conference of the Association of Homes and Services for the Ageing (EAHSA), the biggest event on the European social service market, took place in Lyon (France). During the session on Private-Public Partnership (PPP) in the field of services for the ageing Irina Mitina, Infrastructure and PPP Senior Associate at Kachkin & Partners, performed being the only spokesperson from Russia at this large two-day event.
Representatives of business and public organizations and regulatory bodies, as well as heads of relevant ministries from different countries discussed significant issues and trends in the provision of care for the elderly, in particular the use of new management models and technologies, financing and the best European and international practices. The conference program also included visits to institutions providing services for the ageing.
Irina Mitina reported about the evolution of PPP and the usage of Private-Public Partnership mechanism in social sphere in Russia.
