Irina Mitina spoke at the meeting of the expert group for the development of PPP mechanisms in frameworks of the Eurasian Economic Union
The meeting of the Expert group for the development of PPP in frameworks of the Eurasian Economic Union took place under the initiative of the Eurasian Economic Commission with the assistance of the Committee on foreign relations and the Committee on investments of St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce.
Kachkin and Partners’ experts were invited to this event to share experience in the realization of PPP projects in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.
Irina Mitina, Infrastructure and PPP Senior Associate at Kachkin and Partners, reported about the risks distribution in concession projects in healthcare by the example of the project of creation of «Regional Medical Rehabilitation Center» in Leningrad region.
The Expert group included well-known specialists on PPP from Russia and Kazakhstan, those who are interested in particular projects and the risks connected with their implementation, as well as specialists in the field of PPP from Armenia, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan, those who are still building the regulatory framework in this area in their countries and who pay attention to the tools required for successful realization of PPP projects.
