Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, and Vladimir Gloukhov, Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Activity of Saint Petersburg State Polytechnical University (SPbSPU), that is on the fourth place in the list of the best technical higher educational institutions in Russia, made an agreement on cooperation for purposes of scientific-educational and methodological activity in the sphere of public-private partnership.

According to conditions of this cooperation SPbSTU will provide training and retraining of managirial human resources of top qualification in the sphere of economics and PPP; organize and hold educational programmes, scientific and practical workshop and conferences in the field of PPP; consult «Kachkin & Partners» experts while making research in PPP; assign students specializing in economics and PPP to undertake pre-degree practice in «Kachkin & Partners»; offer technical consulting services in development and implementation of PPP projects.

In its turn, «Kachkin & Partners» specialists are ready to assist with organization and provide informational support of conferences, workshops and educational programmes in PPP; perform as tutors and speakers of these events including the ones held in SPbSPU; provide pre-degree practice of the students studying economics and PPP at the university with an opportunity of their perspective employment; contribute to development of cooperation with scientific and scientific-educational institutions, centers and universities on the issues of exploration, adaptation and implementation of PPP practice in Russia and abroad; inform SPbSTU on any events held in the sphere of PPP.
