Kachkin & Partners at the round table “PPP development in St. Petersburg”
At the round table «PPP development in St. Petersburg» organized by «Who Constructs in St. Petersburg» newspaper the representatives of Committee for Investment and Strategic Projects of St. Petersburg, professionals of real estate and construction market and law experts discussed a number of important topics including the differences between the PPP institutions in Russia and abroad, social infrastructure building on the basis of PPP, private-public partnership as a possible solution for affordable housing construction, development of the local draft law on the PPP application in the public health sphere.
