Kachkin & Partners law firm, Gazprombank and non-commercial partnership Russian Guild of Managers and Developers held an educational workshop on the issues of public-private partnership «Formation, development and usage of the PPP model in the Russian Federation».
The event was also held in the form of a webinar for the representatives of other regions.
Advantages and complications of projects’ implementation through the PPP scheme, peculiarities of PPP model application on regional and federal levels, specifics of this model’s practical usage in various spheres and cities were thoroughly reviewed during the workshop.
Experts gave operational guidelines on the issues of banks’ participation in PPP projects and analyzed the experience of the most successful projects realized in the Russian Federation.
The workshop’s specialty was the online presence of the representatives of the regions of the Russian Federation. Due to their participation practical issues of PPP model application were discussed at the end of the event.
