Kachkin & Partners’ lawyers performed at the educational seminar “Order of preparation and implementation of private-public partnership (concession agreement) based projects”
The Institute of Private-Public Partnership Development in assistance with Committee on economic development and investment activities of the Leningrad region held the educational seminar «Order of preparation and implementation of private-public partnership (concession agreement) based projects» for the representatives of local authorities of the Leningrad region. Infrastructure & PPP associates at Kachkin & Partners performed as one of the master class hosts.
At the event the experts explained the actuality and practicability of PPP mechanisms application for municipal infrastructure development. They also reviewed the practice of concession projects implementation and typical problems connected with concession mechanism application at municipal level and possible ways of their solution. Difficulties of implementation of concession projects in public services and social spheres on municipal level were revealed during the seminar as well.
Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner at Kachkin & Partners, not only performed with a separate speech on development of concessional forms of private-public and private-municipal partnerships in Russia, but moderated the discussion devoted to troubles and perspectives of PPP projects implementation in social sphere on municipal and intermunicipal levels.
