Kachkin & Partners prepared the expert review of legislation on Public Private Partnership of Udmurt Republic
Denis Kachin took part in an expert assessment of the present and prospective regulatory legal acts governing Public Private Partnership in Udmurt Republic. Comments on the law “On participation of Udmurt Republic in Public Private Partnership projects” were presented, as well as new proposals to the prospective legislation on amendments to the mentioned legislative act and a draft Decree of the Republic’s government on implementation measures were introduced in the course of the expert review held by the Expert Advisory Board of the PPP Development Center.
