Kachkin & Partners to render services on complex maintenance of the first PPP project in the Leningrad region — development of «The regional medical rehabilitation center»
Kachkin & Partners will act as an integrator of the project involving medical, marketing, technical and financial consultants.
Following the results of open competition held by Committee for economic development and investment activities in the Leningrad region Kachkin & Partners will act as a legal consultant in preparation for the concession agreement conclusion on creation of «The regional center of medical rehabilitation». The company will develop all the necessary documentation, including the draft agreement to carry out competition on the right of the concession agreement conclusion on reconstruction of operating and building of new objects as part of a hospital complex on the territory of Kommunar. Competitive procedures’ maintenance is included in consultant’s liabilities as well.
