Kachkin & Partners won the tender for providing consulting services in the context of the PPP based project of Regional medical rehabilitation centre on the territory of the Leningrad region
In accordance with terms and conditions of the open tender announced by Committee on Economic Development and Investment Activity of the Leningrad region, «Kachkin & Partners» to develop a legal model of the PPP based project on reconstruction of current and construction of new buildings of a medical complex located on the territory of Kommunar for creating the Regional medical rehabilitation centre.
«The project on hospital reconstruction in the Leningrad region is certainly a very important step on the way to further PPP development in our region, especially in social sphere. It is in fact one of the first PPP projects in the country in which the investor takes the operating risks connected with medical services. And besides it is the first PPP project in the Leningrad region that will influence greatly the successfullness of the regional policy in this sphere. Careful preparing of primary documentation has a great importance for its successful implementation. The concept being developed includes marketing investigations, engineering factors of construction, financial model of investor’s expenses payback, legal scheme of participants’ interaction and related risks», — noticed the Managing Partner of «Kachkin & Partners» Denis Kachkin.
