PPP mechanisms in the field of education
Denis Kachkin, Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, took part in the joint meeting of the Private-State Partnership Committee and Committee for Business Education of the Russian Managers Association devoted to means of inviting private investments to the sphere of Russian education.
The following topics were discussed at the event:
- PPP potential in the educational field;
- successful practice of PPP mechanisms application in the sphere of education: Russian and foreign experience;
- Moscow experience of inviting private investors to preschool educational system: concessions, long-term lease;
- perspectives of inviting private investors to secondary and higher professional educational systems.
As a result of sharing opinions on the above mentioned actual issues between the representatives of federal and local public authorities, experts and interested businessmen recommendations on forming favorable conditions for investors’ involvement into PPP educational projects were developed.
Media specializing in PPP development, infrastructure and educational system also visited this event organized by the Public-Private Partnership Development Centre and the Russian Managers Association.
